Rolf Brendel (13 Ιουνίου 1957 in Hagen) is a German drummer. Brendel was the drummer for the band The Stripes, which had some successes. In 1979 he met Gabriele Susanne Kerner in Hagen, named Nena, which had such a relationship for eight years and later a drummer in band Nena was. He had all the albums in 1981-1987. Brendel broke up in 1987 by Nena and moved for a year in Los Angeles, there to attend a school of percussion.
